1. Virtual Goods
All items sold on DonutMenu are virtual, in-game assets for the DonutSMP Minecraft server. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are acquiring digital data and not a physical product.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are strictly final.
Refunds will not be issued once the item has been delivered to your Minecraft IGN or coordinated via Discord.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from DonutMenu.
- Fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant payment processors.
3. Delivery & Errors
You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft IGN and Discord username at checkout.
- If items are delivered to an incorrect IGN that was provided by the customer, DonutMenu is not liable.
- Most orders are processed instantly. Please allow up to 24 hours for manual restocks or high-demand periods.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 minutes, open a ticket in our Discord with your Order ID.
4. Account Risks
IRL trading may violate DonutSMP server rules. You assume all associated risks.
- DonutMenu uses stealth methods to minimize detection risk. We maintain a 0% ban rate.
- However, DonutMenu is not responsible for any in-game disciplinary actions (bans, wipes) taken by DonutSMP staff.
- We are not responsible for server resets, item rollbacks, or changes to server economy mechanics.
5. Legal Disclaimer
DonutMenu is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or the DonutSMP server. Our services are provided "as-is" without any warranties regarding server uptime or item longevity post-delivery.
