1 What We Collect
We only collect what we need to deliver your order:
- Order details: your Minecraft username, the Discord username you enter, your email address, what you bought, the price and any discount or affiliate code used.
- Discord login (optional): your Discord ID, username and avatar, so we can link orders, affiliate earnings and roles to you.
- Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. We keep the payment status and the payment reference.
- Reviews: your rating and text, shown with a shortened version of your Minecraft name.
2 How We Use It
- To deliver your order in-game and send your receipt.
- To give you customer roles and order updates in our Discord.
- To run the affiliate and reward programs and pay out earnings.
- To prevent fraud, chargebacks and abuse of rewards.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
4 Our Discord Bot
If you join our Discord server, our bot can see your server tag, custom status and which invite you joined with. It uses this only for the rewards program (invites, server tag and status rewards) and keeps your reward balance and history. It never reads your private messages.
5 Cookies & Storage
- A login cookie, only when you log in with Discord.
- Your browser's local storage, for your basket, chosen currency and last order.
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
6 Your Rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing donutmenuhelp@gmail.com or opening a ticket in our Discord. We keep order records only as long as needed for delivery, fraud prevention and accounting.
